At Masai Makhana, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products. Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Returns are accepted only if:
The product received is damaged during transit
The wrong product was delivered
The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
Once verified, we will offer either:
A replacement product
A refund to the original payment method
Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.
